1. User Account and Login Credentials

Misuse of Login Credentials: You agree to take all necessary precautions to prevent the misuse of your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the misuse or unauthorized use of your login credentials.
Security: You are responsible for any activities under your account, including any purchases or bookings made using your login credentials. We will not be held responsible for any financial losses or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
2. Booking Services
Air Tickets: Our Platform allows you to book air tickets through various airlines. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, including their cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies.
Insurance: The insurance options offered through our Platform are provided by third-party insurance providers. The terms, conditions, and claims processes of the respective insurance providers apply, and we are not responsible for any issues related to claims or policy disputes.
Hotel Bookings: Hotel bookings are facilitated through our Platform, subject to the availability and terms set by the respective hotel. We are not responsible for any discrepancies, overbooking, or changes made by the hotel.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment Terms: All bookings, including air tickets, insurance, and hotel reservations, must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made through the available payment methods on the Platform.
Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies of the respective service providers (airlines, insurance companies, and hotels). We do not guarantee any refunds or compensation for changes, cancellations, or delays.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Login Misuse: We are not liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from the misuse or unauthorized access to your login credentials. As the account holder, you assume full responsibility for all actions carried out under your account.
Service Disruptions: We make every effort to ensure that our Platform functions properly, but we are not responsible for any disruptions, errors, or downtime that may affect your ability to use our services.
Indirect or Consequential Losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.
5. User Conduct
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt, interfere with, or damage the functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or spreading malware.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your use of the Platform.

7. Termination of Account
Termination Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe that you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform and any services associated with your account.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Travel Point LLC], its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
